SAN ANTONIO – Caring
Senior Service, a national in-home care provider for seniors, announced today
that it will convert its Middleboro, Massachusetts corporate location to a
franchise office. The conversion will bring the current number of Caring Senior
Service franchise locations to 10.
The franchise will be owned by
John Gingrich. He takes over operation of the business immediately with the full
transfer set for January 2010.

Caring Senior Service purchased
Peace of Mind Home Care in Middleboro and converted it to a Caring location in
January 2009. The office has operated as a corporate location during that time.
Caring Senior Service operates 27 offices in nine states. Middleboro
will join Phoenix and Scottsdale in Arizona; El Paso, Victoria, New Braunfels
and Kerrville in Texas; Dayton in Ohio; Raleigh in North Carolina; and Bergen
County in New Jersey as franchise offices.
