1. Quickstart

So you don’t waste any time getting your business up and running, we’ve developed a Quickstart program so you will be ready to open your doors faster. This program is a step-by-step guide to the establishment of your business, a list of preparatory market research for your company, and a source for business and industry information.

2. Turnkey Business Solution

Caring Senior Service is the only senior care franchise that offers a turnkey business solution so you can hit the ground running after attending our training program. This not only includes complete operations and marketing training, but we also provide you with solutions such as determining the best physical location for your office, purchasing supplies and equipment for your office, and establishing utilities, internet, phone, and applicable business licenses. We help staff your office by placing recruitment ads and conducting interviews and background checks, and we can handle all of your payroll services. Your business can be fully operational in as little as a month depending on state licensing requirements.

3. Ongoing Business Support

We are committed to being your business resource center so you can focus on what is really important...growing your business. We provide you with a dedicated Business Development Manager to answer questions and help guide daily business activities to make sure your operation is running smoothly and productively. Our Operational Support Center is available to handle your back office functions; everything from answering your phones to scheduling new clients and employees.

Unlike other franchise companies, we provide you with office administration support as well as all-inclusive operating software that allows you to conduct business anywhere there is an internet connection. We calculate your payroll and cut checks for your office. We also process job applications and conduct background checks for your office and field staff.

To help market your business, we provide you with professionally designed materials and advertising placement support. You will also be able to participate in annual peer retreats where we share industry information and best practices as well as training on new service offerings.
